Staying Where You are in Life is Impossible

The earth is rotating approximately 25,000 miles in 24 hours.  If I divide 25,000 miles by 24 hours  I get 1000 miles, approximately.   Technically speaking, every hour you try to stay in one place in life you are actually 1000 miles further west of your starting point.  So even if you wanted to stay the same in life you couldn't.
